Terms of Service

By placing an order with Goatville Apparel LLC you agree to these terms.

Orders

All items are made to order. Once production starts (usually within ~30 minutes of checkout) an order can't be changed or cancelled. Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Payment

Payment is captured at checkout via Stripe. If a charge is reversed or disputed after production, you remain responsible for the cost of the goods.

Products

Colors and placement may vary slightly from the on-screen mockups — these are handmade, printed goods. Minor variation is not a defect.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
